Where the Locals Go

Fine Dining

Santa Fe has an international reputation for its fine dining restaurant scene. From Geronimo’s to Sazon, be sure to treat yourself to a few exceptional dining experiences while you are here.

  • 315 Restaurant and Wine Bar—This modern French restaurant has a long history of making great food and everyone goes for the fresh oysters and classic French dishes like steak frites, mussels, and grilled branzino.

  • Coyote Cafe—Opened by chef Mark Miller in 1987, Coyote Cafe is highly regarded as the place that set the standard for modern Southwestern cuisine. Feeling like something a bit more casual, head upstairs to the Cantina.

  • El Nido-Luxurious, delicious and historic. El Nido has been making memories for almost 100 years. What began as a 1920s roadhouse and then became Tesuque’s lively dance hall continues to attract visitors from near and far. Housed in a historic building, this iconic fine-dining restaurant in Tesuque Village, 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe, serves innovative cuisine in a handsome setting. The menu offers grilled steaks and seafood, handcrafted pasta and wood-fired pizza.

  • Geronimo—Dinner at Geronimo on Canyon Road will make a special occasion even more spectacular. Their long list of accolades and awards speak for themselves. With genuine hospitality, a gorgeous setting, and stellar ambiance, the exquisitely prepared global eclectic menu will be the coup de grace. Not feeling like a full meal? Grab a seat in the bar and enjoy a dining experience like no other.

  • NOSA-Is a destination. Chef Graham Dodds of Dallas, Texas manifests his dream in creating a unique fine dining and inn experience out in the middle of our magical high desert and we are all the better for it. Set in the scenic Ojo Caliente River Valley overlooking the majestic Jemez Mountains is the secluded and serene NOSA restaurant & inn. NOSA is an acronym for “NOrth of SAnta Fe” and also an old Spanish word for “ours” which speaks to the communal nature of a place to gather, dine and rest. A lunch or dinner at NOSA is not just a meal. It’s an experience.

  • Restaurant Martin—Chef and owner Martin Ruiz knows food and creates beautiful and delectable dishes.
